The colors shown above are the colors submitted as options to paint the exterior of Santa Clara. Click on the paint chips above to open the color page. Each page has a link to that color's Sherwin Williams page for more information. We have now closed submissions for paint color options. We ended up with 44 different paint color suggestions!

On Tuesday, October 4th a poll was sent to each unit. Each unit was only able to fill out one poll, and owners were able to select all of the colors they like until Friday, October 14th. Those colors that were selected the most were used to render new images of the building, which can be seen below.

Another poll was sent out asking owners to vote on their favorite. Daydream was chosen as the winner gaining almost half of the vote of the four choices. After a color was chosen, 66% of the owners needed to sign off on the new color to approve the new paint choice. If we did not receive signatures for 74 of the 111 units, the color would remain pink.

We are excited to announce that more than 75% of the ownership signed off on the color change and Santa Clara will be painted Daydream. Click the images below to see the renderings of our building.

This color change will take place in the Spring of 2023. As the repairs to our building continue the paint color will be changed as the last step to signify the work in that section of the building is complete.
