George's plumbing handles everything from simple faucet installation to complete sewer line replacement. The rule of thumb is any issues in the vertical piping between units is the responsibility of the association, while any issue inthe horizontal piping into your unit is the responsibility of the owner. 

Alachua Pest Services handles our monthly building pest control. They are available for additional treatments as needed if you would like to contract them directly. 

Anchor Towing is responsible for removing vehicles that are not registered with the office. If your vehicle is missing from our parking lot, please contact Anchor to see if it was towed. 

SubZero has been maintaining our cooling tower for years and is very familiar with our particular system. The association maintains the cooling tower and the lines that run to each unit. The air handlers in each unit are the responibility of the owner, as is their maintenance. 

BDM Property Solutions handles the cleaning of our common areas. They are also available for individual unit cleaning and rental move outs. 

They repair door rollers, glass, and locks for sliding glass doors. 

Santa Clara does not maintain any of the electrical wiring within the individual units. Check Electric maintains our building systems, and has plenty of experience with 

If you are having lock issues, or have locked yourself out of the unit. Admirals responds to afterhours issues.

Mile Zero handled the painting of out interior. They offer reasonable pricing for individual units.
